1. Provider and Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Elite Sports Mallorca SLU (trading as "Bluezone Mallorca", CIF B70828272), with registered office at Ctra. Artà-Alcúdia 103, 07458 Can Picafort, Illes Balears, Spain ("we", "us"), and the customer ("you") for all bookings and use of our services at our center at Passeig Illetas 4, 07181 Palma de Mallorca. By booking or using our services, you accept these terms.

2. Our Services

We offer wellness, recovery and longevity services such as whole-body cryotherapy, light therapy, lymphatic flow treatments, hyperbaric oxygen sessions, body analysis and combined protocols. Our services are wellness and lifestyle offerings, not medical treatments. They do not replace medical diagnosis, advice or therapy. If you have a health condition or any doubt about your suitability, please consult a physician before booking.

3. Bookings and Confirmation

You can request an appointment online, by phone, by email or in person. An online booking is a non-binding request; a binding appointment only comes into effect once we confirm it (for example by email). We may decline or reschedule a request, for instance where capacity, staffing or safety reasons require it.

4. Prices and Payment

The applicable prices are those displayed at our center or on our Website at the time of booking. Prices are in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the latest before or directly after the session, by the payment methods we offer on site, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Show

If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule by phone or email up to 2 hours before your appointment — this is free of charge. If you cancel later than that or do not show up, the reserved session will be deducted from your credit balance (or charged), to the extent permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Late Arrival

Please arrive on time, and for a first visit a few minutes early so we can complete a short intake. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that following appointments are not affected; the agreed price still applies.

7. Your Health and Responsibility

Some of our services have contraindications (for example certain cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, acute illness or other factors, depending on the treatment). You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information truthfully during the intake and for following the instructions of our staff. We may refuse or stop a session where this is necessary for your safety. Participation is at your own responsibility.

8. Conduct on the Premises

For everyone's safety and comfort, please follow our staff's instructions and house rules and use the equipment only as directed. We may refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively, or endangers themselves or others.

9. Vouchers and Packages

Vouchers and prepaid packages apply to the services stated on them and within any stated validity period. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, they cannot be paid out in cash.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Any liability is subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable law, and your statutory rights are not restricted by this clause.

11. Minors

Customers under the age of 18 may use our services only with the consent and, where we require it, the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

12. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, Palma de Mallorca.

14. Severability and Changes

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. We may update these terms; the version published here with its "last updated" date applies to new bookings.
