Both plans include all three Bluezone systems — MCS, Cryo and Flow, freely combinable. Do one full Loop per week, or split your sessions across the week: for example Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
1 Loop per week — or 3 single sessions, e.g. Mon · Wed · Fri. MCS, Cryo and Flow, freely combinable.
2 Loops per week — or 6 sessions spread across your week, whenever it suits your training.

The Club is built around one idea: recovery works best as a rhythm, not as an occasional treat. You pick the cadence — we keep every system ready for you.
- Pick your rhythm — 12 or 24 sessions per month, billed monthly
- Book each session as usual — Cryo, MCS or Flow, whatever your body needs that day
- Combine freely — one guided Loop per week or single sessions across the week
- After the 3-month starting term, your membership simply continues monthly — cancellable monthly

Frequently Asked Questions
One Loop combines all three Bluezone systems back to back: MCS Light Therapy, Whole Body Cryotherapy at −85°C and the Lymphatic Flow System — about 30 minutes in total. As a Club member you can do one full Loop per week (Club 12) or two (Club 24), or split your sessions freely across the week.
Club 12 includes 12 sessions per month for €349, Club 24 includes 24 sessions for €549 — billed monthly. The starting term is 3 months; after that your membership continues month to month and can be cancelled monthly.
Yes. Your monthly sessions are valid across all three systems in any combination — one guided Loop per week, single sessions on your own rhythm, or anything in between.
Then the session packs are for you: 10 or 20 sessions per system with no expiry and no commitment. You'll find all single-session and pack prices above on this page.
