First Ride & Recovery
Morning ride (moderate pace, ~80 km). Post-ride recovery protocols: cryotherapy, light therapy and massage. Evening movement and meditation. Full recovery focus.
Day 3
Performance Build
Morning ride (tempo pace, ~100 km). Full Bluezone recovery suite. Afternoon coaching session and personal performance debrief. Group dinner and connection time.

Active Recovery Day
