Data Deletion Request

At Bluezone Mallorca we respect your right to control your personal data. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.

How to Request Deletion

Send us an email and we will take care of the rest:

To help us identify and remove the right data, please include in your message:

1. The name and email address (and phone number, if any) you used when contacting us or making a booking.
2. If your request relates to Facebook or Instagram, please mention this and, if possible, the name on your Facebook profile.

What We Will Delete

On a valid request, we will delete the personal data we hold about you, including:

• booking details (name, email, phone, notes, treatment, date and time);
• contact-form messages and related correspondence;
• any data we have stored about your interactions with us.

Please note that we may need to retain certain data where the law requires it (for example, invoicing and tax records under Spanish law). In that case, we will restrict processing of that data and delete it once the legal retention period expires.

How Long It Takes

We will confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request, to protect your data from unauthorised deletion.

Data Held by Facebook / Meta

Our Website uses the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. Data collected through Facebook and Instagram is also processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. under its own terms. To remove or manage data that Meta holds about you, in addition to emailing us, you can:

• adjust your Facebook ad settings;
• use Facebook's tools under Settings & Privacy → Your Facebook Information to review or delete your activity.
